Q: How do I watch a video?

A: After clicking on the thumbnail image of the video, you will be led to a page displaying the video and the recipe that goes with the video. Press play and the video should begin.

Q: I received a pop-up message that reads "Get Adobe Flash Player". Is this normal?

A: Yes, this is normal. The pop-up button is letting you know that your computer is not using the correct version of the Flash Player, which is required to view the videos. You will receive this message if you are using a version that is lower than Flash Player 9.0. After installing the Flash plug-in, you should be able to view the videos.

Q: Why does the video stop even after I press play?

A: The speed of the download will depend on your internet's bandwiph. Because these videos are of relatively high quality, they will require more bandwiph to download than other content on the page. If you are experiencing a slow download, please do the following: 1) press play, 2) once the video has begun to download, press pause, 3) resume playing once the video has fully downloaded.

Q: Why can't I hear the audio?
